Job summary

BayCoast Bank is seeking a Solutions Center Representative to be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and digital channels. You will deliver friendly, accurate service, resolve issues, and support account servicing and electronic banking operations.

In this role you will document interactions in Salesforce, generate referrals to bank partners, process transactions, assist with online banking and payments, and uphold confidentiality in a fast paced, hybrid-work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across several computer systems.
• Hybrid Work Program eligibility based on business needs.

Responsibilities
