Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in banking, financial services audit, risk management, internal controls, or regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support audit, risk management, and internal controls initiatives within a regulated banking environment.
• Review business processes, policies, procedures, and control documentation to identify risks.
• Assist with audit walkthroughs, control testing, and evaluations to identify deficiencies and improve controls.
• Prepare audit workpapers, risk assessments, findings summaries, and project reports; track remediation and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal audit, risk management, compliance, and business stakeholders to communicate findings and manage multiple priorities.
