U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Banking Products Engineer(multiple positions) in Saint Paul, MN

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Perform system analysis, design, development, testing and documentation of software applications.

  • Create detailed technical design documents by defining the required use cases and providing the solution approach, impact analysis, risks and issues to resolve for the proposed features and enhancements.

  • Develop identified use cases / modules by implementing the correct data structures and algorithm based on the defined solution approach aligned with system architecture.

  • Recommend solutions to cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity.

  • Revise, repair, and expand existing programs to increase operational efficiency or adapt to new requirements.

  • Develop systems with business and technical teams to ensure people, process, and technology align and work together to improve the end-to-end ecosystem.

  • Work with agile teams and partner with external vendors/clients to develop and deploy solutions.

  • Design and construct loan processing software.

Basic Qualifications:

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Software Developer, or in a related occupation.

Required Skills/Experience:
Experience must include 5 years of experience with each of the following:

(1) Using .Net to construct cloud native applications.

(2) Relational database management systems, including SQL Server.

(3) Cross platform development in React.

(4) Creating and consuming REST APIs.

(5) Writing xUnit, SpecFlow, and PostMan tests.

(6) React, Azure, C#, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and SQL Server.

Teams may work from home and the office. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $141,898- $ 176,100 (#LI-NDI #LI-DNI #LI-DNP #DE-DNP).
