Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a banking environment as an analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience documenting and testing technical projects or process improvements.
• Led or participated in all phases of project lifecycles: requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment.
• Proficient in documenting requirements and creating clear test cases.
• Strong verbal and written communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with bank departments to gather requirements for reporting and process improvements.
• Document detailed requirements and process flows aligned with business goals.
• Perform functional testing and validate deliverables before user acceptance testing.
• Lead iterative user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles and coordinate regression testing during upgrades.
• Validate data accuracy for reports and data feeds and provide end-user support.
• Track defects and enhancement requests and prioritize resolutions.
• Utilize AI tools for requirements gathering and analysis, and critique AI outputs for banking accuracy.
