Qualifications

• CSR and RSA training programs completed or required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a customer service window delivering transactions accurately and safely.
• Profile customers to determine banking needs and offer loan/deposit products.
• Close sales and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Balance window cash daily and perform ATM settlement where applicable.
• Handle deposits, checks, withdrawals, and loan payments; process new accounts and changes.
