Interactive Resources - iR is seeking a Banking Operations Specialist II in Jacksonville to support reconciliation and government reporting within a busy team. You will focus on ledger reconciliation, deposit account reconciliation, and banking operations with strict attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail banking experience, strong reconciliation skills, and intermediate Excel abilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail banking experience.
• 1 year of general ledger and reconciliation experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills for financial data.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with unclaimed property and banking operations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile deposit bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and review daily proofs and reconciliations.
• Research and resolve discrepancies involving banking transactions and general ledger activity.
• Support unclaimed property reporting and banking processes.
• Assist with year-end reporting and tax form corrections.
• Process payments, tickets, online entries, and other banking transactions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure accounts remain balanced.
• Follow banking policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team to resolve issues and complete daily activities.
