Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and deliver new-hire and ongoing training programs.
• Prepare training materials and manage room logistics (setup, refreshments as needed).
• Track attendance and report training results to management.
• Educate participants on WesBanco products and services to ensure proficiency.
• Support delivery of new offerings and adapt content to feedback.
