You will collaborate with bankers, operations and technology teams to develop reports, dashboards, and actionable insights, document requirements, and recommend process and system enhancements to boost efficiency and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience using business/financial data.
• Proficiency in requirements documentation and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to convert insights into dashboards, reports, and clear recommendations.
• Good understanding of risk management concepts and how process/system changes impact outcomes.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills in cross-functional environments.
