Responsibilities

• Represent banks and other lenders in commercial finance transactions.
• Draft and negotiate loan agreements and collateral documents.
• Conduct due diligence on property, collateral, and entities.
• Engage in commercial and industrial asset-based finance.
• Participate in commercial real estate and construction lending.
