Talent With Heart seeks a Banking & Finance Associate Attorney to join its distinguished practice. The firm handles complex domestic and cross-border financings, representing lenders and borrowers with a collaborative team known for technical excellence.

The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years in structured finance, secured lending, and experience with private credit, receivables financing, and distressed transactions. Hybrid work model and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 4–6 years of substantive experience in structured finance and secured lending at a major law firm.
• Experience representing credit funds and other lenders, and/or borrowers and sponsors in a broad range of financings.
• Familiarity with structured credit, receivables financings, distressed financings, growth capital transactions.
• Experience collaborating with clients in private credit and special situations space.

Responsabilités

• Represent credit funds and other lenders and/or borrowers and sponsors in financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and related documentation.
• Support receivables financings, structured credit deals, private credit, syndicated facilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices to deliver seamless client service.
• Manage deal execution from diligence through closing.
