• Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 4–6 years of substantive structured finance and secured lending experience at a major law firm.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders, borrowers, and sponsors in domestic and international financings.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements and related documents.
• Support receivables financings and other structured credit deals.
• Collaborate across offices to deliver seamless client service.
• Manage deal execution from diligence to closing.
