Job description

Responsibilities

Orrick seeks an associate with two to six years of experience to join our internationally recognized Banking & Finance practice. Our practice focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in a wide range of debt financings, both domestically and internationally, including private credit transactions, syndicated credit facilities, and growth capital financings.

Location

While we prefer candidates located in San Francisco, New York, or Los Angeles, successful applicants can be based in any of our U.S. offices.

Qualifications
  1. Two to six years of relevant law firm experience.
  2. Highly motivated with excellent client service skills.
  3. Membership in the Bar of a U.S. State and compliance with the jurisdiction requirements of the Orrick office.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is estimated between $235,000 and $339,000. Compensation includes a comprehensive package with health benefits, mental well-being support, family and pet care benefits, disability coverage, a 401K plan, paid time off, parental leave, and holidays. Salary depends on qualifications, experience, skills, and location. Other benefits may include discretionary bonuses based on performance.
