Job summary

Data Business Equipment Inc. in Eldon, MO is seeking a Service Technician to be the face of the company, delivering world-class service for bank-related equipment including ATMs, cash recyclers, and security systems.

You will handle service calls and troubleshooting both remotely and onsite in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience, with preference for experience on electromechanical ATM equipment and security system

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1–2 years related experience preferred.
Experience with electromechanical equipment servicing (ATM or banking equipment strongly preferred).
Experience with security system maintenance and installation (physical, alarms, video, infrastructure, building).

Responsibilities

Respond quickly to dispatched service calls, providing remote and onsite support.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently and effectively.
Troubleshoot, maintain and install security systems.
Perform regular preventative maintenance on all equipment.
Maintain professional image and customer relationships.
Manage parts inventory and company assets.
Provide excellent customer service.
All other duties as assigned.
