Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls).
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex security topics to non-technical audiences, including executives/board.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-wide security programs and awareness initiatives.
• Lead Information Security Program aligned with FFIEC, GLBA, NIST and regulatory standards.
• Establish governance with policies, standards, and procedures to manage security risk.
• Lead cybersecurity risk management including risk assessments, threat modeling and vulnerability management.
• Oversee third-party cybersecurity risk, due diligence, and contract security clauses.
