Commercial Bank of Texas is seeking a customer service oriented TELLER to assist customers with checking, savings, and credit account transactions. You will promote CBTx services, handle deposits and withdrawals, and maintain accuracy in daily cash handling.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, English fluency, and at least 1 year in a financial institution. Strong interpersonal and clerical skills are required for success in this role.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Good personal credit history required.
• 1 year experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Good interpersonal, mathematical and clerical skills.
• Some working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with basic checking, savings, and credit account transactions.
• Sell cashier's checks, CBTx gift cards, and money orders.
• Receive deposits and payments, verify amounts, and process transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Promote CBTx services such as loans, IRAs, CDs, safe deposit boxes, and money orders.
