Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year experience within a financial institution.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations such as Bank Secrecy Act and AML is preferred.
• Bondability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person or by phone and assist or refer them to the appropriate team member.
• Manage cash drawer, vault, ATM and cash recycler operations; balance cash daily.
• Pursue referral opportunities to meet monthly branch goals and drive sales.
• Process name/address changes and other account maintenance as needed.
• Research and resolve customer complaints and support other departments as needed.
