Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to manage cash handling, deposits, and basic banking transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Represent the bank in a professional manner at all times.
• Process deposits, cash checks and savings withdrawals, and process loan payments.
• Open deposit products (DDA, Savings, CD, IRA, and Business Accounts) for various ownerships.
• Follow compliance guidelines including BSA and AML; complete required testing.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to help meet sales goals.
• Maintain cash drawer and ATM/vault per procedures; balance as required.
• Assist with customer inquiries in person, by phone, or electronically; resolve issues within authority.
• Perform branch administrative duties as needed (ordering supplies, mail, filing).
• Other duties as assigned.
