Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years old.
• 6–12 months bank teller experience preferred.
• Customer service, sales, or cross-selling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers and suggest tailored products/services.
• Provide prompt and accurate financial transactions and exceptional service.
• Open new accounts with accurate documentation.
• Assist with stop payments, debit card orders, and related tasks.
• Resolve customer issues proactively and provide timely feedback.
• Support branch goals and maintain customer goodwill.
