Job summary

UBS is seeking a Client Service Representative to guide clients through the account switching process to UBS Bank USA. You will help transfer recurring direct deposits, subscription payments, and automatic bill payments while answering questions and ensuring a smooth transition to the client's new banking relationship.

You’ll work in Nashville or Weehawken, reporting to a Client Service Representative Manager, and collaborate with Advisors, SWMBs, and branch staff to deliver exceptional service

Qualifications

• University degree preferred or equivalent
• 2-4 years of client service experience at a financial institution
• Strong client-focused mindset and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and resolve issues promptly
• Advanced knowledge of common banking products and services
• Capable of working independently and in a team
• Solid understanding of wire transfers, ACH, bill pay, and direct deposit switching

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with switching activities: create plans, set appointments, optimize payments, and complete switching.
• Provide high-end support to inquiries from clients, Advisors, SWMBs and branch staff.
• Provide 360 resolution for inquiries, including escalations and complaints.
• Understand and adhere to Risk, Fraud, and Compliance processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with Financial Advisor teams and branch personnel.
• Educate clients on account features, preferences, and digital capabilities.
• Strengthen client relationships through superior service.
