Ladders is seeking a CFO for a leading family-owned banking services company in Kansas City, MO. You will partner with the CEO and senior leadership to shape strategy, guide growth, and strengthen financial discipline across the organization.

The role oversees finance and accounting operations, capital planning, and data-driven FP&A transformations, with a focus on regulatory excellence and multi-entity oversight. Compensation is $450,000–$500,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of CFO experience in banking with multi‑entity oversight.
• Expertise in regulatory affairs and managing auditor relationships.
• Proven FP&A leadership with data‑driven transformation.
• Experience with Snowflake and Power BI.
