Job summary

CIBC, located in Saint Paul, is seeking a committed leader to head its Personal and Business Banking team. You will hire, develop, and coach staff, owning the client experience and driving revenue growth while supporting clients as they secure futures, homes, and business ventures.

The role is on-site full-time with flexible hours including evenings/weekends and travel between centres within a reasonable distance.

Qualifications

• Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).
• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course (BCO), Branch Managers Examination Course (BME), Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH) Wealth Management Essentials (WME); or Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
