Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years previous retail sales experience or 1-year Republic Retail Banking experience required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and internet applications.
• Previous loan experience preferred.
• Fluent in English (speak, read, write, comprehend, communicate) required. Fluent in Spanish (speak, read, write, comprehend, communicate) preferred.
• NMLS registration may be required*

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, professional customer service and sell deposit products.
• Open and close deposit accounts and handle teller transactions.
• Greet clients and build strong banking relationships.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to expand client relationships.
• Assist in new client onboarding and maintain compliance with procedures.
