Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience interacting with customers is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Teller training and part 1 of platform training are required on hire.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of transactions at the teller line or on the platform.
• Provide advice and educational support on TD products and services to help customers reach financial goals.
• Build trust through educational content, tools, and proactive recommendations.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate team members for complex financial needs.
• Service customers with everyday banking transactions and help with deposit accounts, card issues, and online banking as needed.
• Lead customer interactions and manage appointment setting and outreach to deepen relationships.
