Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opening deposit accounts and ancillary deposit services.
• Processing paying and receiving transactions.
• Balancing transactions and cash with proper audit trail.
• Uncovering customer expansion opportunities and referring customers to proper bank associates.
• Performs account maintenance and related activities.
• Adheres to internal controls and regulatory requirements ensuring compliance.
• Meets service standards both in person and on the phone, ensuring a consistent level of customer service.
• Travel to different banking center locations required.
