Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller training and platform training upon hire required.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions and open new accounts.
• Provide education and advice on TD services, products and tools.
• Build trust with customers using educational content and proactive recommendations.
• Engage with customers to deepen relationships and promote TD products.
• Assist customers with banking needs on teller line and platform; refer to specialists when needed.
• Handle routine deposits, withdrawals, and account servicing requests.
• Support risk and compliance requirements through accurate documentation and training.
