Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer banking transactions in teller system per bank policies.
• Determine customer needs to recommend bank products and referrals.
• Understand account structures and ownership impact with compliance awareness.
• Provide loan and deposit information including features, rates and terms.
• Investigate and correct customer-reported errors with management support.
• Open Deposit Accounts and manage safe deposit operations.
• Handle wires, stop payments, and other standard account maintenance tasks.
