Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as an Application Engineer, preferably within banking or financial services.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting or administering enterprise applications using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, and core banking platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and system integrations.
• Understanding of operating systems, networking, server administration, and cloud technologies.
• Understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with cloud-based enterprise platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to share knowledge and mentor teammates.
• Ability to solve complex problems while handling confidential information.
• Knowledge of enterprise operating systems and networking.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, customize, and optimize enterprise applications for business requirements.
• Coordinate and execute application installations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
• Provide post-deployment support to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to integrate new technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide expert guidance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and user guides.
