Job summary

Seacoast National Bank is seeking a Banking Financial Systems Analytics Specialist to develop and maintain financial reporting, dashboards, and analytics that support accounting and business decision-making.

The role partners with Finance to deliver meaningful insights, ensure data accuracy, and provide reporting that drives informed business decisions. You will automate data pipelines using SQL, Python, and Power Query, and build KPI dashboards for executive visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex joins, CTEs, and data transformations.
• Power BI experience: data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboards.
• Python proficiency for data analysis and automation (Pandas/NumPy).
• Experience developing reporting solutions, data pipelines, and automated workflows.
• Knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial and management dashboards, reports, and data models to support accounting and business decision-making.
• Automate data pipelines using SQL, Python, and Power Query.
• Analyze financial, operational, procurement, and payment data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Create management reports and KPI dashboards for financial performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and financial reporting initiatives.
• Automate manual reporting and validation processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency for reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with Finance to understand needs and deliver analytics solutions.
• Document reporting processes, data sources, and controls for audit and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting enhancements.
