Job summary

Citi in New York is seeking Full-Time Analysts for the Banking team in NAM. The Financial Strategy Group supports mergers, capital-raising, and strategic financings for clients worldwide, with a structured two-year Analyst Program starting in July and options for a third year rotation or Associate promotion.

Analysts will gather data, build models, prepare presentations, and coordinate across teams while meeting governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree expected between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Must have a GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Strong communication, planning, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze company information to assist transactions; including conducting industry research, revising, and organizing financial data.
• Analyze financial data and develop financial models including company valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, financing, and comparative analyses.
• Create and finalize new business development presentations.
• Coordinate tasks with internal and external working teams.
• Prepare required internal documentation e.g. control and compliance regulations.
