Job Overview:
A premier law firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its Banking & Finance practice group. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of sophisticated financing transactions, including private credit, syndicated loan deals, and growth capital financings, for both borrowers and lenders. The role provides the chance to collaborate with high-performing legal teams on both domestic and international matters, in a collegial and growth-focused environment.

Location:

Seattle, WA

Duties:

  • Advise lenders and borrowers on complex debt financing transactions
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage legal documents related to private credit, syndicated loans, and other financings
  • Participate in both U.S. and cross-border transactions
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients in structuring and closing deals
  • Collaborate with partners and associates across various offices and disciplines
  • Deliver high-level client service and foster strong professional relationships

Requirements:

  • 2 to 6 years of law firm experience in banking and finance transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage transactions and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Strong commitment to client service, collaboration, and legal excellence
  • Must be a member of the Bar in at least one U.S. state
  • Must meet the practice requirements of the jurisdiction of employment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar
  • Eligibility to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
