The Role

Member Service Representative II: You\'ll be the face of Lighthouse Credit Union—building deeper relationships, solving more complex member needs, and supporting your team\'s success. You\'ll handle transactions, assist with consumer lending, and connect members to products and services that help them thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Open and maintain personal and business accounts
  • Recommend products and services that meet member needs
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, wires, and fraud packets
  • Prepare and disburse consumer loans within guidelines
  • Balance cash drawer/TCR and maintain security standards
  • Switch between teller and member service functions as needed
  • Deliver exceptional service and build lasting member relationships
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–5 years of experience in teller, cashier, or member/customer service roles
  • Previous sales and/or lending experience
  • Strong communication skills and a service-first mindset
  • Ability to prioritize, stay detail-oriented, and work with diplomacy and tact
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and frequent public interaction

Work Environment
