OneUnited Bank is looking for recent college graduates for our Banker Associate Development Program. Our rotational program allows candidates to learn about banking through real-world/hands-on experience; gain valuable knowledge and skill sets in a variety of business units; and begin building an exciting and rewarding career in the banking industry. Banker Associates will enhance their multi-tasking, time management, and communications skills while contributing to work of the Bank. You will also receive ongoing coaching, feedback, and mentoring. Upon successfully completion of the program, Banker Associates will be eligible to move into a position based on business needs, your career preference and skill sets. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree; should be enthusiastic, service oriented and with an ability to learn quickly and take action in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent analytical and computer (i.e. excel, word, etc.)
