Position Overview

Under the direct supervision of Branch Management, this role involves recommending Associated Bank products to existing customers and prospects. Responsibilities include identifying, expanding, and deepening customer relationships through profiling and recommending appropriate deposit and lending products and services. Providing exceptional customer service through efficient transaction processing and service fulfillment is essential. The role supports the operational integrity of the branch and requires the ability to demonstrate all customer channels, including digital technology. The position may require working at multiple branch locations to support flexibility and meet customer expectations.

This position requires a credit check in accordance with 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z.

Compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations such as the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering and S.A.F.E. Act is mandatory. All new hires must submit required information to meet registry requirements, obtain a unique identifier, and maintain registration as required by the S.A.F.E. Act.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Complete comprehensive training to ensure success.
  • Develop new skills and pursue interests to make a positive impact daily.
  • Provide excellent customer service by processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify and address customer needs, build relationships, and resolve issues.
  • Open new accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities to promote financial wellness.
  • Refer customers to internal specialists in insurance, mortgage, and other banking services.
  • Support operational integrity of the branch.
  • Proactively engage in prospecting at in-store locations.
Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent, or combined education and experience.

Experience: Less than 2 years of customer-facing sales or service experience.
