The Position

We are seeking a Teller Supervisor for our client in Milwaukee, WI. This role oversees the Teller Operations area, ensuring all functions are performed efficiently and professionally by staff.

Teller Supervisor Responsibilities
  • Set objectives and oversee the work of direct reports.
  • Provide feedback, conduct performance appraisals, and ensure proper training.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Balance teller cash drawer, vault, ATM, and safeguard cash.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of bank products, services, and systems.
  • Promote bank products and services to meet client needs.
  • Follow security procedures, escalate fraud, and adhere to policies.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance within teller operations.
  • Participate in community and bank-sponsored events.
  • Assist Branch Manager with development planning and scheduling.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
