Job summary

Qualifications

• Spanish bilingual preferred.

• Cash handling experience preferred.

• Basic math skills and proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Accept and accurately process all financial transactions.
• Maintain responsibility for cash drawer and follow proper balancing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Cross sell other bank services and refer customers to other departments.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of products, fees and policies.
• Demonstrate compliance with bank regulations for assigned duties.
• Understand and adhere to bank policies and controls.
• Report compliance issues as required.
• Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
