Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service as the bank’s primary contact with the public.
• Receive checking and savings deposits and issue receipts of deposit.
• Answer basic customer inquiries regarding rates, charges and account histories while complying with privacy policies.
• Follow drive-up procedures and a Saturday rotation as needed.
• Maintain accuracy in money handling and records for all transactions.
