Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6 months teller experience within financial institution or cash handling experience in retail.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft programs; impeccable written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions promptly and accurately in compliance with bank policies.
• Provide impeccable customer service and communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Participate in job-specific training and bank training programs; comply with BSA/AML and all procedures.
• Support Customer Service First program; travel to Abilene or other regions for training as required.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, occasional lifting up to 60 pounds, and flexible hours as needed.
