Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 6 months teller experience.
• 6 months cash handling experience in retail customer service.
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft programs; impeccable written and oral communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions and minimal supervision.
• Position may require standing for long periods and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Flexible hours including Saturdays/holidays.

• Process financial transactions promptly and accurately.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
• Prioritize client demands.

• Understand banking products and company systems and procedures.
• Participate in training programs including BSA, AML and other bank policies.
• Support the Customer Service First program and the organization’s values.
• Travel periodically to Abilene or other Bank Regions for training.
• Saturday and holiday hours may be required based on branch hours.
