Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to 2 years of demonstrated customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in retail banking, cash handling, or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service reflecting the bank's brand promise.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently following policies.
• Identify customer needs and refer to colleagues for additional financial solutions.
• Promote current offers, products, and services that benefit customers.
• Address questions and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
• Support daily branch operations including vaults, night drops, and ATMs as assigned.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on digital and self-service banking tools.
• Collaborate with team members across branches to ensure seamless service.
