Anticipated Schedule: This position typically offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday during regular business hours.Occasional Saturday shifts (4 hours) may be required based on business needs.
CIBM Bank is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller! If you have a background in customer service, cash handling, or upselling, this might be the position for you! No prior banking experience is necessary – we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Bank Teller, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service by accurately processing transactions and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing Transactions: Accurately handle cash, deposits, and withdrawals while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
- Promoting Bank Services: Recognize opportunities to refer customers to additional bank services such as Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, and more.
- Assisting Customers: Bank Tellers address inquiries, resolve issues, and support customers with their accounts, ensuring a positive banking experience.
- Contributing to Sales Goals: Participate in sales campaigns and educate customers on the benefits of various bank products and services.
- Administrative Support: Assist with account maintenance and provide support to other team members as needed.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- While no prior banking experience is necessary, we prefer candidates with 1+ years of experience in customer service or related fields. Experience in cash handling, or upselling is a plus.
- Comfortable using standard office software and systems.
- Our Bank Tellers work in a professional office setting and will be required to use common office equipment like computers, phones, and security systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative and respectful work environment.
