WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers with a smile, addressing needs promptly, and resolving concerns accurately.
2. Travel to various bank branches within the region to perform teller responsibilities.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
4. Complete bank transactions securely and confidentially, including deposits, withdrawals, issuing financial instruments, loan payments, currency exchange, and more.
5. Maintain proper cash drawer levels and assist in vault balancing.
6. Follow all regulatory requirements and complete necessary training.
7. Utilize the 7 Step Conversation to promote bank products and services, using role play, checklists, and needs assessment sheets.
8. Engage in professional development activities, including quarterly plans and performance targets.
9. Participate in culture initiatives and team success activities like daily huddles, meetings, and events.
10. Represent the bank positively in the community.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
