Job summary

InterBank in Graham, Texas is seeking a customer-focused Teller to perform banking transactions for customers, maintain cash accuracy, and uphold confidentiality. You will handle routine deposits, withdrawals, and currency handling with a strong emphasis on accuracy and service quality, while supporting cross-selling of banking products and maintaining fraud controls.

Training takes place at our Graham training center; successful candidates are expected to pass background checks and uphold bank

Qualifications

• Satisfactory credit and criminal background check.
• Proficient in basic personal computer operations.
• Able to type efficiently.
• Able to count large sums of money by hand.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Problem solving and decision-making abilities with a sense of urgency and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions with professionalism and courtesy.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve sensitive issues.
• Cross-sell products and services.
• Assist with customer phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of cash under supervision.
• Back up Drive-Thru Teller and manage multiple lanes to prevent delays.
