Responsibilities

• Facilitate processing of deposits, withdrawals, and payments, addressing customer inquiries and resolving discrepancies.

• Balance vault cash and reconcile cash holdings; manage discrepancies.
• Monitor currency levels and coordinate shipment/receipts of money.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and professional.
• Handle currency and sensitive information responsibly per guidelines.
• Use banking software to track information, generate reports, and maintain records.
