Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Display working knowledge of bank application software and obtain customer information.
• Serve customers in a cordial manner to foster a positive experience.
• Process a variety of transactions with judgment and refer questionable items to a supervisor.
• Accept deposits, verify cash, issue receipts, and process withdrawals.
• Maintain accurate records and respond to customer inquiries about products and services.
• Participate in sales and service activities by referrals and delivering the best banking experience.
