Job summary

National Bank of Commerce is seeking a teller to provide front-line service to customers across Minnesota and Wisconsin. You will manage cash transactions, maintain confidentiality, and refer customers to NBC products and services as appropriate.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 6 months of customer service/cash-handling experience; strong math and computer skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of customer service and/or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, solid math abilities, and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proactive problem-solver who can recognize when action is needed.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing processes and workflows.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional front-line service to customers.
• Accurately and efficiently manage a cash drawer and process financial transactions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Identify opportunities to refer customers to NBC products or services and direct inquiries appropriately.
