Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Lift and transport coin and currency bags (25–50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Receive cash and checks for deposit, verify amounts, endorsements and potential fraud.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare for daily close; report discrepancies.
• Assist customers with banking transactions and ATM operations.
• Identify appropriate products through needs-based questioning and refer to partners.
• Serve as relief/backup teller at other Midland locations as needed.
• Participate in learning activities and weekly team huddles; uphold Midland values.
