Qualifications

• Attention to detail with a strong aptitude for numbers and feel comfortable handling large sums of money.
• May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Must complete in-house training program.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes checks and cash for deposit to accounts, verifies amounts and customer IDs; processes withdrawals.
• Maintains daily cash balance and reports discrepancies.
• Issues money orders and cashier's checks; assists in bank-by-mail; posts deposits to customer accounts.
• Handles night depository bag information and prepares receipts for customers.
• Delivers prompt, professional customer service and actively pursues referrals for sales staff.
• Supports Currency Transaction reporting to the Compliance / BSA Department.
