Job summary

Equity Bank is seeking a Bank Teller in Harrison, AR (Downtown) to provide exceptional customer service and manage routine teller transactions. You will engage clients, promote banking products, and ensure compliance with bank policies while supporting teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include building relationships, handling transactions, and assisting with opening/closing duties as directed. Travel to Wichita, KS for initial training may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of working with a team to determine solutions.
• Ability to travel to Wichita, KS during first week of employment for training.

Responsibilities

• Build Client Relationships through professional conversations and mutual trust.

• Recommend accounts, loans, and services to meet client needs.
• Promote bank products within and outside the bank.
• Proactively refer clients to partners to generate additional revenue.
