Equity Bank, a community-focused financial institution based in Wichita, Kansas, is seeking a Full-Time Teller to join our Retail Banking team. You will build client relationships, process transactions, and offer banking products that fit clients’ needs while upholding our standards of service and compliance.

We value team players who communicate clearly, maintain confidentiality, and travel to Wichita during the first training week.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of working with a team to determine solutions.
• Ability to travel to Wichita, KS during first week of employment for required week-long training.
