Applied Bank, the #1 Healthiest Bank in America, and Delaware's Top Rated Bank, located in Wilmington, DE, is currently seeking an energetic and customer-focused Branch Bank Teller.

The Branch Bank Teller is responsible for performing the day-to-day transactions within our branch in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. The Bank Teller will operate an individual teller terminal and cash drawer, assisting bank customers with transactions such as deposits and withdrawals. They will also handle customer inquiries, resolve problems, and develop customer relationships to identify their financial needs.

SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM

Essential Functions:

1. Manage daily operations of the teller terminal.
2. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
3. Open new checking, savings, and CD accounts.
4. Follow bank policies, procedures, and guidelines.
5. Handle large amounts of currency and cash settlement.
6. Balance and account for individual cash drawers at the end of each shift.
7. Cross-sell Applied Bank products to account holders.
8. Collaborate with other branch tellers and management to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

Education & Work Experience:

• Retail or banking experience preferred; a clear understanding of the industry is required.
• Customer service experience is also preferred.
